Priestmead Primary School is holding their annual Summer Fair (International Festival Theme)

Saturday, 29th June 12-4pm  

If you have a local business we are looking for your support in getting involved in this community event. The day will consist of fun games, face painting, fairground rides, Live DJs, BBQ and many other fun activities and is open for pupils, their families and the local community with a raffle at the end of the day. It is always a popular and well-supported event.

We are reaching out to you to see if you would be interested in advertising, hiring a stall or simply just donating a raffle prize. 

Stall Hire - Following on feedback from our event last year we are pleased to offer table hire combined with a gazebo for a total cost of £70. Unfortunately, we have limited gazebo space and can only be offered on a first-come first-serve basis and once payment has been confirmed. We will still be offering the hire of stalls without gazebos and are pleased to be able to hold the prices to the same as last year at £50. If you book by the 17th May 2019 you will get the hire of a table and Business Card sized advert in our brochure for free.

Summer Fair Brochure  - Each year we produce a colour A5 brochure, which is handed out to everyone that attends the summer fair (over 1,300 last year).  Copies are also sent to local businesses and parents prior to day.

£15 – Business card sized advertisement.  £30 – Half A5 page advertisement  £50 - Full A5 page advertisement

Adverts must be received by 31st May 2019 or they will not be included in the brochure! 

£10 – Add on advertising to boost adverts on Social Media pages is also available.

Donate a Raffle Prize - We would really appreciate it, if you are able to promote your business, services or products by donating a suitable prize for our raffle. This could be anything from vouchers, free trials, a family meal or products from your business. 

Money raised at the event will be used to enhance our pupils learning at the school.

We welcome all businesses, so all you have to do is complete the appropriate form and return to PPA.Chair@outlook.com before Friday 31st May 2019. A booking is considered as confirmed once you have made payment.
