We want Priestmead Pupils to not only excel academically, but also to value the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle.  Through learning about inspirational achievements and celebrating world sporting events, we want children to challenge themselves and believe they can always move onwards and upwards.  We have added “together” to our school motto this year as we value the importance of teamwork too!

Priestmead has a long tradition of inspiring its pupils and giving opportunities for them to achieve through sport. With the government’s commitment to dedicated funding through the PE & Sports Premium, the school is able to build on the existing sport programme to increase participation and improve the physical wellbeing of our students.

We offer a rich and diverse PE curriculum, building pupils’ skills of movement, teamwork and strategy while keeping them fit and encouraging healthy lifestyles.
